Day 1: Delhi
When you arrive at Delhi airport you will be met by our representative
who will escort you to a hotel of your choice in Delhi .Get
a traditional Indian welcome here.
After refreshments you will go for a sight seeing trip of
Delhi covering major tourist hotspots like Red Fort, largest
monument in Delhi, Jama Masjid,the biggest mosque in India,
Chandni Chowk, a well known trade market with a number of
religious places of worship as well;Bahai Temple,also known
as Lotus Temple ,here there are no religious idole but you
will find scriptures here.Then we will also visit the Laxmi
Narayan Temple and Rajghat the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi
the Father of the Nation.
After a long day full of fun, return to the hotel for a lavish
dinner. Overnight spent at Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi to Shekhawati
Today morning after breakfast, we will start for Shekhawati
in Rajasthan which is at a distance of 225 kms. When you arrive
you will check in a luxurious hotel in Shekhawati .
After some relaxation, embark on a sightseeing tour of Shekhawati
visiting various attractions here .Shekhawati is famous for
its painetd havelis with frescoes depicting the tales of yore.
Here you will visit the Modi and Tiber Wala Haveli, which
has beautiful murals, Khetri Mahal, Sati Chowk, has marble
edifice devoted to Rani Sati,Rani Satiji Temple, Bihariji
Temple,which is known for its antique paintings and exquisite
murals .
You will return back to hotel for dinner and spend night
there.
Day 3: Shekhawati to Bikaner
We will drive to Bikaner (200 km) from Shekhawati aftere
breakfast in the morning. Check in a luxury hotel here and
freshen up.
Late in the afternoon, you will start the sight seeing tour
of Bikaner covering places like the Camel Breeding Farm, Junagarh
Fort,majestic and standing as a testimony to Rajput valor;
Karni Mata Temple, famous for the rats which are considered
auspicious here ;Ganga Golden Jubilee Temple . Also you will
get ample options for shopping at Bikaner.
Return back to the hotel after sight seeing for dinner and
spend night at Bikaner.
Day 4: Bikaner to Jaisalmer
Today you will go on an enchanting desert tour of Jaisalmer
covering a distance of 335 kms.
Here you will check in one of the elegant heritage hotels
.day is spent at leisure in the cozy comfort of the hotel.Pamper
your taste buds with some delectable Rajasthani cuisnes.
Overnight spent at Jaisalmer.
Day 5: Jaisalmer
You will spend the entire day in sightseeing in Jaisalmer
covering places like the majestic Jaisalmer Fort,which is
also known as Sonar Quila , the temples of Rikhabdeoji and
Sambhavnathji, Nathmalji Ki Haveli,find a unique symmetry
here thoughb the left and right side was built by two different
architects.You will also visit the Salim Singh Ki Haveli which
is 300 years old and Patwon Ki Haveli, which is the largest
and most intricately done haveli in Jaisalmer If we have enough
time we would also visit the enchanting Sam Sandunes ,go for
camel safari here.
Return back to the hotel for dinner and overnight spend at
Jaisalmer.
Day 6: Jaisalmer to Khuri sand dunes
Today you will go to your next destination - Khuri which
is jus 45 km away . Khuri is well known for its picturesque
sand dunes .We will arrange for your tented accommodation
as well as camel safari is also arranged amidst the fascinating
sand dunes.After a thrilling camel safari in the sandy desert
you will return to the tented camp for memorable dinner under
a starlit sky. Enjoy the Rajasthani folk music and dance performed
by established folk artists.
You will spend the night in the camp.
Day 7: Khuri to Jodhpur
Today in Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour ,we will go to
Jodhpur which is at a distance of 290 km. Though the journey
is long but is worth it as Jodhpur unveils its charm which
is subtle and elegance personified. When you arrive at Jodhpur,
check in at a luxurious hotel. Spend the whole day in leisure.
Overnight is at Jodhpur.
Day 8: Jodhpur
Today morning after breakfast, you will embark on a sight
seeing trip of Jodhpur.
You will visit historic sites like Meherangarh Fort, an imposing
fort which overlooks the city, Jaswant Thada ,traditional
cremation site of the early Maharajs and also the impressive
Umaid Bhawan Palace.,which is the last of the majestic palaces
and was a part of the famine program to provide drought relief
to the poor.
After an exciting day of sight seeing during the Rajasthan
with Taj Mahal Tour, you will return back to the hotel for
dinner and overnight stay.
Day 9: Jodhpur to Ranakpur
Today after breakfast you will leave for Ranakpur at a distance
of 180 kms. Check in at a renowned luxury hotel and after
refreshments embark on a sight seeing trip of tempels and
havelis of Ranakpur like the intricately carved Jain Temples.
It is one of the five holy places of the Jain faith.
After an enchanting experience of Ranakpur, you return to
the hotel for dinner and overnight halt.
Day 10: Ranakpur to Udaipur
On 10th day off Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour you will leave
for Udaipur after breakfast. This is a journey of 90 kms.
Upon arrival at Udaipur, check in at the hotel. Today the
day is left free for you, spend it in some shopping at Udaipur
like you can choose miniature painting ,silver jewelry or
some stone carved items.
Night is spent at Udaipur.
Day 11: Udaipur
Today after breakfast you will be guided on a sight seeing
spree of Udaipur. Udaipur is known as the city of lakes .During
your Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour you will visit the Lake
Pichola , an enchanting and picturesque lake .Fateh Sagar
which is to the north of the Lake Pichola is a must visit
as well. You will also visit the magnificent city palace,
the Zenana Mahal, Sahelion Ki Bari, Jag Mandir and museums
and art galleries.
Return to Udaipur, back to the hotel for dinner and spend
the night there.
Day 12: Udaipur to Pushkar
Today morning after breakfast you will go to Pushkar which
is at a distance of 290 km. When you arrive to Pushkar, which
is famous for its fairs , check-in at a luxury hotel. The
rest of the day is spent in leisure in the cozy comforts .
Spend the night at Pushkar.
Day 13: Pushkar
Today after breakfast , the places which unravel the charm
of Pushkar that is its many temples and ghats for example
the temple of Lord Brahma as well as the innumerable lakes
here. Here the people have the belief that taking bath in
the holy Lake Pushkar cleanses all your sins.
After an engrossing and fun filled days return back to your
hotel. Overnight spend at Pushkar.
Day 14: Pushkar to Jaipur
Today on the 14th day of Rajasthan and Taj Mahal tour you
will proceed to Jaipur covering a distance of 145 km. When
you arrive at Jaipur, your transfer to the hotel is arranged
by our representative. Today you will have enough time to
spend the day in leisure. Go for a nice stroll around Jaipur's
colorful markets full of Rajasthani handicrafts,ghagras, silver
trinkets etc. Shop to your heart's content here.
Night is spent at Jaipur.
Day 15: Jaipur to Ranthambore
After breakfast the 15th day of Rajasthan with Taj Mahal
Tour is spent in exploring the wild life of Rajasthan.
You will visit the famous Ranthambore National Park which
is at a distance of 170 km. You arrive at Sawai Madhopor where
the Ranthambore National Park is located. Check-in at the
Forest Lodge.
Spend some time in relaxation and then you will start the
exciting jungle safari properly guided by our tour guide.
Return back to the Forest Lodge in the evening for dinner
and spend night there.
Day 16: Ranthambore to Agra
Today after breakfast we will start for one of the wonders
of the world The Taj Mahal at Agra.The journey is of 280km.
When you arrive at Agra we arrange for your transfer to a
hotel of your choice. Today we have kept the day free as you
need some rest after the long journey.
Night is spent at Agra.
Day 17: Agra
Today you will do sightseeing of Agra, the last destination
of Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour city. Visit the breathtaking
monument the Taj Mahal and also other tourist hotspots the
Agra Fort, Dewan-I-Aam, Dewan-I-Khas, Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb,
Ram Bag.
The enthralling day of sight seeing comes to an end , and
you return back to hotel for dinner . Spend the night at Agra.
Day 18: Agra to Delhi
The Rajasthan with Taj Mahal Tour today comes to an end today
after breakfast we leave for Delhi covering a distance of
225 km. You have the choice of checking-in at a hotel for
a few hours for refreshments and then your transfer to the
airport is arranged.
Catch the flight back home with some sweet memories of Rajasthan
as well as Agra.
