Dining:
Marwar serves the traditional Marwari cuisine which is dominated
by spicy flavors. Good Earth is the specialty Chinese restaurant,
the only one of its kind in all of Rajasthan. A riveting wood
carving of the 'Tree of Life' forms the backdrop of the Bar.
However, there's a lot more than exotic cocktails served here.
The Pastry Shop presents an array of tarts and truffles.
Conference and Banquet facilities:
For conferences, the hotel offers 5 spacious halls with state
of the art audio visual equipment. The largest hall Amar Mahal,
with its ornate columns and grand chandeliers can accommodate
up to 700 people. The Meherangarh Hall can hold 150 people
and can even be divided into two equal sections for smaller
conferences, if necessary. The two smaller halls, Mogra and
Gulab, can comfortably seat between 8 and 12 people.
